I had the opportunity to attend and shoot a training evolution w/ the guys at the North Reading Fire Department. The house was vacant and was made available by the owners to the department for training before it is torn down to make way for a new home on the location. I hung around for about 2 hours, the jakes practiced ventilation cuts and other roof operations as well as opening up the interior of the structure and bail out techniques inside.
